I download free ringtones from websites, but they show up as sound files. How do I make them my ringtones. I need my phone to shout "Rantlers!" when somebody calls

If you want to change the ringing tone of your phone%26gt;%26gt; go to phone settings or profiles%26gt;%26gt; click options and click the highlighted ringtone set for the phone%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; click change%26gt;%26gt; this will take you to tones%26gt;%26gt;browse tone you want and select%26gt;%26gt;click done.
