Make My Own Ringtones?

I have a Motorola Razor (Alltel). And I would really like to make my own ringtones.I have an account at Phonezoo.com and Im happy with it...the bad thing is that the ringtones can only be 30 seconds long....and thats not long enough for some of the ringtones I want to make.....SO all I want is a place where I can upload an mp3 file, cut it the way I want, have it be any length, and then text it ito my phone. Anyone have a place like that? oh and I want it to be free to do....the text rates dont matter though...

is the site you are looking for. They let you make ringtones however long you want, ive made some like 70 seconds. they dont have a limit. its a free site as well
