I have ringtones now and I was wondering when they transfer my phone numbers and pictures to my new phone, do my ringtones transfer as well? (I have verizon)

Do ringtones transfer from phone to phone?
If they are free ones or ones you have made ( sound clips or recordings) you can save them and send them to another phone, but you will find you cannot sent most ringtones because they are copyright protected.
Reply:u can transfer them by email and the other way is that if ur cell fones have bluetooth or infrared then use that
Reply:if both phones have external memory, copy to external memory and use the memory in your new phone.
Reply:It to tally depends how U go tthe ringtone file. If You have purchased the ring tone U cannot trnsf the file in any method.

If ring tone was send via Bt. Then U can but as long as the file format for the tones supported by yr new ph. If tones preinstalled like Nokia tune U cannot trnsf.
Reply:No. You have to contact Verizon and ask them to re-send them to you.
Reply:Check out GetRingTonesToday.com. They support just about every carrier/phone and allow unlimited ringtone downloads. I have been with them for awhile now and I have the same phone you have, check them out when you get a chance. www.getringtonestoday.com
Reply:some phone store information on a sim card if your tone are stored on a sim then you will have them on the new phone but if they are stored on the phone then they must be copied and sent to new phone
Reply:nope, well unless you have blue tooth and infreraid whatever but try calling verison to send u them again.
Reply:If both phones have a bluetooth and infrared connectivity,YES.But it happen sometimes that both cellphones must have a compatiblity(brand names and models). You can also try to activate the multi-media setting from the network provider.
