Okay I dont have internet on my phone, i only have texting and i want to get free ringtones. But i dont know if thats possible or not..does anybody know a website for that?
and is it possible for people to transfer ringtones through texting?

Its free to sign up, they only ask for email and then you can make ringtones from mp3 files,
And they send them to your phone , or you can download it, and put it on with a cable. Thats what i did,

People can also send mp3 files from their phones to you using MMS.

Reply:go to phonezoo.com and subscribe it's free. you make your own ringtones with the mp3's on your computer. or you can just use the ringtones people already uploaded onto the site. as far as the texting i don't think so but you can send ringtones over bluetooth.
Reply:if your phone is bluetooth capable someone can send you rigntones via bluetooth to bluetooth connection
