Ringtones from your PC to your phone?

I have a Cricket Motorola L7C and was trying to figure out how to port ringtones from my PC to my phone. I have a USB cord and somewhere have Motorola Phone Tools Cd Rom but I have no idea what steps to take to use it. Is there any other way to port ringtones from my PC to my phone?

OK put the disk in the computer and follow the step by step guide. if it take a memory card put that in to computer and put the songs onto that and then put the memory card into the phone it should work but the best way is though the disk.
