Music ringtones for Motorola c290 - real songs, not just melodies?

I have a Motorola c290. It is not bluetooth compatible, and is capable of having polyphonic ringtones. I do have one "real music" ringtone that is a portion of a song by Queen, with voices.

I want more VOICE ringtones, but the Sprint PCS site doesn't appear to have them.

Where can I get some? I don't mind paying for a ringtone if I want to have it, but I would like to be able to HEAR it first.

Any ideas?

Well, unfortunately you have a sprint phone. The site Nextpimp.com has a ton of free rigntones that are exactly what you are looking for, but you have to have a data cable to attach your phone to your computer and a Nextel phone. However, if you go to that site and do some research through the site you may find some answers. I was able to locate a program for my Nextel that lets me convert any song I want into a Polyphonic ringtone and then download it to my phone through the data cable. You should give it a shot.
Reply:all about ringtones
Reply:you can take tones from net, some websites provide this service, so u can search for this.
Reply:Your phone doesn't support mp3 ringtones (realtones, real songs) Sorry.
Reply:MP3 ringtones?

Well, for songs, use the ones you have and chop them with Audacity (a open-source audio editor, real easy to use).

Oh, Mobiledia reports the C290 as non-functional with MP3 ringtones and only 32-chord polyphonic.

Convert chopped songs into polyphonic ringtones.
Reply:If you go to www.sprint.com and look at your account to see all the ring tones available for you, they are out there. I have several ring tones from Sprint that are portions of songs. They even have call back tones, where the person that calls you hears music.
