okay i cannot find truly free ringtones anywhere!! i have a kyocera strobe with alltel. does anyone know a website that offers free ringtones with NO monthly fees or anything. I dont mind paying 2 or 3 dollars as long as its a one time fee. Any ways to get ringtones on my phone would be appreciated...THANKS!! =D

at target you can purchase a computer program that lets you make your own ringtones. it is only $10 and you'll have it for the rest of your life, or until you lose it.

Save ya 3 bucks and buy yourself a cheap data cable or bluetooth dongle!
If you need to convert it to your phone specific media then you can do that by going to media-converter.com
If you have your own mp3s that you want to convert into ringtones then use a shareware program called audacity and slice the songs in 30 second segments and save them as mp3. Again if your phone doesn't play mp3 then use media-converter.com to change it to whatever format your phone plays.
If you would rather not go through all this BS then simply go to http://www.Ringaholic.com and download all the free ringtones. They already got more than 5000 free mp3 real tone ringtones.... meaning your phone won't sound like a piece of crap but Britney would do OOOPs I did it again lol
