As long as the ringtones were created by somebody, the terms and conditions are necessary to explain who has the copyright and what you're allowed to use the ringtones for (no resale, obviously). The only way to get around this would be to create your own ringtones, but you'd still need to agree to the Terms for that software also. Just take a few minutes to read the Terms and understand them.
Reply:There is a new website that allows you get ringtones for your phone for free I believe. They have great support and support most carriers, you can check them out at www.getringtonestoday.com. They also allow you to get unlimited ringtones. Report It
