So i am banned from buying ringtones on my phone, and i was wondering where i could get free ringtones where i dont have to get online on my phone to get them, anyone know where i could do that?

You can always download ringtones from the internet to your computer and then transfer them later on to your phone.
Reply:instead of going to a place where they send you the ringtone as a text message, just sign up at Ventones . Pick any carrier when you sign up, and after you create your ringtone, save the ringtone to your computer. Then figure out a way to transfer it to your phone. Either with bluetooth, or USB cable. That should work.
