I downloaded 2 ringtones, but they cost me $20 a month so I want to delete them. But last time I did it, they kept charging me even when it was deleted from my phone and I don't want to lose the ringtones if I have 2 keep paying for them. I use sprint-how can i completely delet the ringtones without them charging me?

You need to send the company text message stating that u don't want the ringtones anymore and they should take it off of ur phone...
Reply:Call the customer service number that's on your bill and ask them what to do.
