Dang, this is a crazy coincidence. I was just going to search questions on this to help people because I found a really good Internet site for doing this. I also have a Razr as well.

Either way it is free, and the only thing you get charged with is normal txt messaging.
You can either upload a ring tone from your computer or browse the many ring tones on the site.
Reply:i like to use www.funformobile.com, they have a great variety of tones and it's 100% free...the only thing is that you need to have some type of data plan(internet) or u'd be charged "per kb"...also you would need to know what type of audio file type your phone supports which can be determined by a free test you can send to your phone from the site.
