it does cost though however i believe to recieve a text message if you don't already have a plan for texting. im pretty sure it will cokme through a text adn then you save it to your sounds or whatever. have fun
Reply:web never have ring tones for free.sometimes there are cell phones that can connect with the computer with usb cord and software that you might be able too buy for download ring tones
