Ringtones Locked On KRZR K1M on Verizon Wireless?

I just recently got the new Krzr K1m from verizon wireless. Before getting my new phone, I sent all of my ringtones from my old phone to Pix Place (which were not purchases ringtones, I sent them to my phone from another service). After getting my new phone, I sent them to it from Pix Place. My problem is that I can not preview the saved ringtones in My Sounds, My Ringtones, Etc. I can set them as my ringtones however. ALSO, The ringtones that came with my phone can not be previewed. They have a little lock icon right next to them that prevents me from listening to the tone before I choose it for my call setting, alert, etc. Is there any way to fix this, or get around it? I hope I gave enough details. If any more details will help, Just ask. Thanks.

Unfortunatly verizon locks out all sorts of file transfers on their new phone models. As far as being able to preview the songs I would wait appox 2 months and they should have a software update for the krzr k1m available. Then go in to your corporate store and get it updated
